As the season opens into warmth and movement, we gather as women in the high desert of Central Mexico, in partnership with horses, to explore what it means to feel grounded in yourself while allowing more freedom, expression, and ease.
This is not about pushing or striving.
It is about slowing down, settling into your body, and finding a steadiness you can trust.From that place, something opens.
Movement becomes more natural. Boundaries become clearer. Freedom feels real.This is a guided equine facilitated journey into grounded presence, self-trust, and authentic expression.
During This Experience You Will:
- Spend intentional time in the arena with the horses (all work is on the ground, no riding)
- Explore how your energy, presence, and boundaries influence the herd
- Practice softening effort and allowing more natural, aligned movement
- Experience, creative expression in a guided intuitive way
- Experience moments of reflection, both individually and in small groups
- Be supported in finding a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust
- No horse experience necessary
Each experience unfolds a little differently, guided by the group, the horses, and what is present in the moment.
What Really Happens Here
This is a guided, ground-based equine experience designed to create awareness, clarity, and embodied confidence.
You will not be riding. You will not be performing.
You arrive, slow down, and begin to settle into your body through simple movement and guided meditation.
You spend time in the arena with the horses, noticing how they respond to your energy, your presence, and your level of groundedness.
At times you may feel steady and clear. At other moments, you may notice tension, hesitation, or the urge to try harder.
The horses respond to what is real, not what is performed, offering immediate and honest feedback.
As the day unfolds, your nervous system begins to settle.
Your body feels more grounded. Your responses become more natural. Movement feels easier and more aligned.This is a space to explore what it feels like to trust yourself, to move at your own pace, and to experience a deeper sense of grounded freedom.
You will leave with practical awareness you can apply immediately in your relationships, business, and personal life.
Who Is This For?
This experience is for women who:
• Feel a shift happening in their life and want clarity
• Are stepping into new leadership or responsibility
• Are craving grounded connection — not surface-level networking
• Sense there is more power inside them than they are currently expressing
• Want to reconnect to instinct, intuition, and embodied confidence
You do not need horse experience. You do not need to consider yourself “spiritual.”
You only need curiosity and a willingness to show up honestly.

This space is experiential, participatory, and intimate.
